Construction services are Class 37. Class 19 covers goods: non-metallic building materials such as cement, bricks, building stone, marble and sand. A contractor files Class 37 for its construction brand; if it also makes and sells materials such as bricks or cement slabs under the same name, Class 19 is needed for those goods as well.

Air conditioners sold as goods under your own mark are Class 11, and retailing other makers' units is Class 35. An AC business that installs, services and rents units may therefore need Classes 37 and 40, plus 11 or 35 depending on what it sells.
Installation, maintenance and repair of computer hardware is Class 37, as is information technology consultancy relating to that hardware work. Installation, maintenance and updating of computer software is excluded from Class 37 and sits in Class 42. An annual maintenance contract (AMC) business covering both hardware and software servicing is commonly protected in both classes.
