Trademark Registration Fees in India: Government Fees vs Professional Charges

Separately, a trademark agent or attorney typically charges for the trademark search and clearance opinion, correct class selection, drafting and filing the application, and — if needed later — drafting objection replies or opposition counter-statements and representing you at hearings. Ask any consultant to quote the government fee and their professional fee separately — a single bundled number makes it hard to tell what you're actually paying for.
